This project was created with the power of Iranian experts and workers and with the use of world-class technology, and started supplying water needed by industries by recycling water and purifying urban sewage.

The duration of the Meibod wastewater collection network project is planned for five years and in 2 implementation phases. Also, the length of the wastewater collection network reaches 525 km, which due to the network's expansion, 50% of the network's length was implemented in the first phase, and after the operation of this phase and the sale of wastewater to the industries, the rest of the collection network in the second phase, according to The needs of consumers will be implemented and exploited.

In order to transfer urban wastewater to the treatment plant, a transmission line with a length of 6570 meters and a pumping station with a capacity of 525 liters per second were designed and implemented.

The engineering design and construction of Meibod wastewater treatment plant was implemented with the help of Iranian experts and specialists. Using the latest technology in the world, this treatment plant was put into operation with the bio work treatment method and reached a production capacity of 21,000 cubic meters per day.

This project was completed in the conditions of economic sanctions and trade restrictions and it shows smart management, knowledge improvement and operational capacity, and in the construction phase, it has created the employment of 950 people directly and the employment of 2400 people indirectly, and also after Exploitation in the region's industries will create employment for more than 17 thousand people by creating industrial development.
